What you will be asked for
Owner and property details, HOA rules, rent and deposit, utilities, insurance, compliance and screening preferences, then a review and electronic signature.
Documents
Upload PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 10 MB. If you have an HOA document or insurance certificate, have it to hand.
What you are agreeing to
Management at $69 per month per property, with leasing and tenant placement at 50% of one month rent for new clients.
